Oscar nominations 2022: 'The Power of the Dog' leads nominees for the 94th annual Academy Awards

 


The selections for the 94th yearly Academy Awards have been declared.

'The Power of the Dog' drives chosen people for the 94th yearly Academy Awards with 12 assignments. Other top-named films were 'Belfast,' 'Rise,' 'Ruler Richard' and 'West Side Story.'

Following on from the noteworthy Bafta assignments, which were reported last week, everyone's attention was on the Academy to get it done.

Jane Campion's "The Power of the Dog" scored the most Oscar selections with 12, starting to lead the pack in Hollywood's honors race.

"Belfast" - - Kenneth Branagh's high contrast, semi-personal describing of 1960s viciousness in Northern Ireland - - and Steven Spielberg's rethought "West Side Story" were tied for the third spot at seven assignments.

Chosen people were divulged in every one of the 23 classes, from best picture to best chief, alongside the acting classifications and specialties classes including best sound, best creation configuration, best cosmetics and hairstyling, Leslie Jordan and Tracee Ellis Ross facilitated the declaration.
